1.2 International Shipping: We offer international shipping to select countries. Please check the list of available countries at checkout. International shipping rates and delivery times will be calculated based on your location and displayed during checkout.
2.1 Domestic Shipping Rates: Shipping rates within UAE are based on package weight/dimensions and delivery location. Exact cost is calculated at checkout.
2.2 International Shipping Rates: Determined by destination, package weight, and dimensions. Calculated and displayed at checkout.
2.3 Free Shipping: Free shipping on orders over AED 500 within UAE (where applicable). Automatically applied at checkout.
3.1 Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 3–4 hours after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3.2 Order Delays: Delays may occur during peak seasons, promotions, or unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you if your order is delayed.
4.1 Domestic Delivery: Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 2–4 days.
4.2 International Delivery: Standard International Shipping: Estimated delivery time will be acknowledged to buyer according to location.
4.3 Delivery Timeframes: Timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on location and factors such as customs clearance.
5.1 Tracking Information: Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. Track via the email link or through your account on our website.
6.1 International Orders: International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees. These are not included and are the customer’s responsibility.
6.2 Customs Delays: Customs processing may cause delays beyond estimated delivery times. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
7.1 Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays/loss due to incorrect address.
7.2 Re-Shipping Fees: If returned due to incorrect/incomplete address, customer pays re-shipping cost.
8.1 Lost Packages: If your package is lost, contact us at it@hashtagstore.ae within 24 hours of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
9.1 Order Cancellations: To cancel, contact it@hashtagstore.ae immediately. If already processed, cancellation may not be possible.
Change of Shipping Address: You can change the shipping/delivery address before dispatch by contacting Customer Service.

(c) Click and Collect: Pick up from store within 72 hours. Orders are not reserved beyond this timeframe.
(d) Worldwide Delivery: Available to all countries. Our Customer Service team will contact you within 48 hours to confirm delivery details. Delivery may take longer during sale/promotions.
Prices on our website are exclusive of TAX. Applicable TAX will be calculated during checkout depending on the delivery country. For UAE, taxes are calculated at 5%.
Orders are typically dispatched same day or within the next couple of days. Delivery is within a maximum of 2–5 business days (outside Dubai), depending on availability.
Our warehouse operates Monday to Saturday during standard business hours, except national holidays.
Deliveries are conducted either by a trusted third party or our logistics team, ensuring careful handling of your items.
Parcels will only be delivered if payment is made 100% through our online payment gateway or by immediate cash payment upon delivery.
For cash payment upon delivery, you can pay with cash or credit/debit cards. Checks are not accepted. Accepted currency is UAE Dirham (AED).
After delivery, you can request an exchange or refund as per our Exchange and Refund Policy.
You or a designated third party can pick up from the Customer Service Desk within 72 hours.
Identification: Bring an order confirmation email/SMS.
Orders will be held in-store for 3 days if unpaid and 14 days if paid and left unclaimed.

Shipping costs, taxes, and other charges will be calculated and shared by our Customer Service team. Upon agreement, we will send a payment link. After payment, your order will be dispatched.
