Please note that all prices listed on our website are exclusive of applicable taxes. The final purchase amount, including any relevant taxes, will be calculated and added during the checkout process. Tax rates and regulations may vary based on the delivery location.

By clicking the “PROCEED TO PAYMENT” button, the Customer confirms their order and agrees to pay the price.

Payment for the entire basket must be made in one transaction, regardless of the Products included. Payment by card cannot be canceled. Once the payment is made, it is irrevocable, subject to the Customer’s right to withdraw from the purchase.

The ownership of the Product is transferred to the Customer only after full payment is received by HashtagStore and the Product is delivered to the Customer.

The Customer confirms and guarantees that they are the rightful owner of the payment method used and that it provides sufficient funds to cover all costs related to the Order.

Payments for Orders can be made by Bank Card, Gift Card, or Promo Code, under the conditions provided for each payment method. If an Order includes multiple products and only part of the order is unavailable, delivery costs will not be reimbursed.

Accepted Payment Methods

Credit and Debit Cards:

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Your card will be charged at the time of purchase, and your order will be processed once payment is confirmed.

Cryptocurrency Payments

2.1 Accepted Cryptocurrencies:

We accept a variety of cryptocurrencies as payment, including but not limited to:

Bitcoin (BTC)

Ethereum (ETH)

Litecoin (LTC)

USDT (Tether)

2.2 Payment Process:

When paying with cryptocurrency, you will be redirected to our payment gateway partner to complete the transaction. The amount due will be converted to the equivalent cryptocurrency value at the time of purchase. The conversion rate will be locked in for a specific time window during checkout.

2.3 Transaction Confirmation:

Cryptocurrency transactions may take some time to confirm, depending on the network load and the type of cryptocurrency used. Your order will be processed once the transaction has been confirmed on the blockchain, which typically takes between [X minutes to X hours].

2.4 Refunds for Cryptocurrency Payments:

Refunds for purchases made with cryptocurrency will be issued in the original cryptocurrency used for the transaction, based on the exchange

Payment Security

3.2 Fraud Prevention:

To protect against fraudulent transactions, we may require additional verification or contact you for further information if suspicious activity is detected. Orders may be placed on hold until the verification process is completed.

Currency

4.1 Default Currency:

All prices on our website are listed in AED, and transactions will be processed in AED. If your bank account or payment method is in a different currency, your bank or payment provider may charge a currency conversion fee.

4.2 Cryptocurrency Conversion:

When paying with cryptocurrency, the amount due in [Currency] will be converted to the equivalent cryptocurrency value based on the exchange rate at the time of the transaction. Please note that exchange rates fluctuate, and the final amount in cryptocurrency may vary slightly.

Payment Disputes

5.1 Chargebacks:

If you believe a payment has been made in error or if you notice unauthorized charges, please contact our customer service team at [it@hashtagstore.ae] immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension.

5.2 Cryptocurrency Disputes:

Due to the nature of cryptocurrency transactions, disputes must be reported within [X days] of the transaction. We will investigate and take appropriate action to resolve the issue. Order Processing

If there are any issues with your payment method (e.g., declined card, insufficient funds), you will be notified at checkout. Please ensure that your payment information is accurate and up to date to avoid delays in processing your order.

Payment by Debit/Credit Card

To pay using a credit card at checkout, you need your card number, expiry date, and three-digit CVV number (found on the back of your card).
After entering these details, you’ll be redirected to your bank’s page to enter the online 3D secure password, which verifies your identity.
Payment details are transmitted securely via SSL, and authorization codes are verified with your bank to prevent fraud.
We use secure payment platforms provided by our banking partners. Credit and Debit Card transactions are processed by CC Avenue, a secure online gateway that handles payment details in a secure environment.
Card details are not stored in our databases or servers.
Once confirmed, funds are deducted from your account, and your order is processed and prepared for shipping.
For issues related to payment, please contact your card issuer. We do not charge fees for online payments, but your bank may charge fees.

Shipping Method: Choose between standard delivery or express delivery (with an additional fee).
Order Comments: Add any comments about your order or delivery.

Rules

The total amount displayed at checkout is the amount to be paid.
HashtagStore does not charge fees for online payments; however, your bank may charge additional fees.
No payments are accepted by check.

Cash Upon Delivery (COD)

If you prefer not to pay online, you can choose the Cash on Delivery option. Payment can be made in AED upon delivery.

Account Closure

We monitor the number of rejected payments made by customers. Continued rejection may result in flagged accounts and potential refusal of service or account closure at our discretion.
