Loyalty Program Policy

Overview

The Hashtag Department Store Loyalty Program is designed to reward and recognize our valued customers. By shopping with us, members can earn points, enjoy exclusive discounts, and receive special offers. Membership in the program is free and voluntary.

Eligibility

• The loyalty program is open to all individuals aged 18 years and above.
• Customers must provide valid contact information email or phone number to join.
• Employees of Hashtag Department Store and their immediate families may be eligible for the program, subject to internal policies.

Enrollment

• Customers can enroll in the loyalty program by signing up at HDS or through our website.
• Upon registration, members will receive a loyalty account that tracks their earned points and rewards.

Earning Points

• Members earn points for every qualifying purchase made in-store or online. Points are calculated based on the following structure:
  • 1 point for every AED 1 spent.
• Points may be earned on full-price and sale items, but certain exclusions may apply (e.g., gift cards, services, etc.).
• Promotional campaigns may offer additional opportunities to earn extra points.
• Points will be credited to the member’s account within 7 business days after the purchase.

Redeeming Points

• Points can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases. The current redemption rate is as follows:
  • 100 points = AED 10 discount.
• Points can only be redeemed in increments of 1000 Points.
• Points cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another member.
• Points cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts unless otherwise specified.

Expiration of Points

• Points earned through the loyalty program will expire 12 months from the date they are earned if not redeemed.
• Expired points cannot be reinstated.

Member Tiers (Optional)

The loyalty program offers tiered membership levels based on annual spending:

• Silver: AED 0 – AED 999 (basic rewards and discounts)
• Gold: AED 1,000 – AED 4,999 (additional benefits, early access to sales)
• Platinum: AED 5,000+ (VIP experiences, special discounts, invitations to exclusive events)

Exclusive Benefits

Members of the loyalty program are entitled to:

• Exclusive discounts and promotions.
• Early access to seasonal sales and product launches.
• Special birthday rewards or anniversary offers.
• Invitations to VIP events, if applicable.

Program Changes and Termination

• HDS reserves the right to modify or discontinue the loyalty program at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of program termination, members will be given 30 days notice to redeem any unused points.
• Any fraudulent activity or misuse of the program may result in membership termination and forfeiture of points.

Privacy and Data Protection

• By joining the loyalty program, members agree to the collection and use of their personal information in accordance with our privacy policy.
• The information collected will only be used for program management and communication purposes.
