Yes. We offer free shipping on orders above AED 500 within the UAE (where applicable). For orders below AED 500, shipping fees may apply as shown at checkout.

Yes, we offer international shipping to select countries. Availability, shipping charges, and estimated delivery time will be displayed at checkout (or confirmed by our team where applicable).
International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are paid by the customer.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also track your order by logging into your account and checking My Orders.
You can request an address change before the order is dispatched by contacting our support team. Once dispatched, changes may not be possible.

Yes. You can choose Cash on Delivery and pay in AED upon delivery. Depending on courier availability, you may be able to pay by card upon delivery as well.

We offer up to 14 days returns and exchanges within the UAE from the date of receiving your order (subject to eligibility).
Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
Some categories are non-returnable/non-exchangeable (e.g., cosmetics, underwear, swimwear, fragrance, etc.).
Go to My Account → My Orders, select the order, and follow the return/exchange steps. Our team will review and update you by email.
Please report faulty/damaged items within 3 days of delivery by emailing clear photos to info@hashtagstore.ae. Our customer service team will assist you within 24 hours.
Yes (where available). You can pick up your order from our store within 72 hours. Please bring a valid original ID and your order confirmation.
If someone else collects on your behalf, they must bring their own ID plus the order confirmation.
