Consumer Rights

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of receiving the order confirmation or while your order status is “Order Accepted.” If the order is already paid, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid for the products, following our Cancellation Policy below. No cancellation is accepted if the order status is “Under Processing” or “Under Delivery.” In such cases, you will need to receive the order and refer to our Exchange and Refund Policy.

Terms and Conditions

Cancellation requests are subject to review and approval by HashtagStore before processing. Please note that this information only applies to orders placed online. For products purchased elsewhere, cancellation should be processed directly at the original place of purchase.

Order Cancellation

1.1 Eligibility for Cancellation:

Orders can be canceled as long as they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled and must be returned following our [Return and Refund Policy].

1.2 How to Cancel an Order:

To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team at [it@hashtagstore.ae] or [+971508773896] as soon as possible. Please provide your order number and the reason for the cancellation. Our team will assist you with the cancellation process.

1.3 Cancellation Window:

You have a limited window to cancel your order. Cancellations must be requested within [X hours] of placing the order. After this period, the order may be processed and shipped, making cancellation unavailable.

Cancellation for Cryptocurrency Payments

2.1 Cryptocurrency Cancellation Process:

If you paid for your order using cryptocurrency and wish to cancel, the cancellation request must be made within the specified cancellation window and before the order has been processed or shipped.

2.2 Refund for Canceled Cryptocurrency Orders:

For canceled orders paid with cryptocurrency, refunds will be issued in the original cryptocurrency used for the transaction. The refund amount will be based on the cryptocurrency exchange rate at the time the refund is processed, which may differ from the rate at the time of purchase due to market fluctuations.

2.3 Irreversible Transactions:

Please note that cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible once confirmed on the blockchain. If the order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled, and a refund cannot be issued.

Cancellation Request

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched or notified as available for collection, please use one of the following options:

(a) Contact Us Form:
  • Provide your order number through the contact form on our website.
(b) Account Message:
  • Sign in to your account.
  • Navigate to “Order History and Details” under “My Account.”
  • Click “Details” on the relevant order.
  • Scroll to the “Add Message” section at the bottom of the page.

(c) Email:
  • Send an email with your order number to customersupport@hashtagstore.com.
(d) Phone:
  • Call us at +971 (0)4 339 9933 ext. 2100 during business hours.

Once your order is canceled, you will receive a notification via email.

Cancellation Refund (for Already Paid Orders)

Refunds will be processed after your cancellation request is reviewed and approved. If your consumer rights apply, you will receive a full refund, excluding any applicable delivery charges or card handling fees:

(a) Refund Processing:
  • Upon receiving and accepting the cancellation request, we will process the refund.
(b) Return Voucher:
  • We will issue a return voucher for the value paid, to be used for a future purchase.
(c) Notification:
  • You will be notified via email once the voucher has been generated/completed.

Our Rights

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at our sole discretion. We also reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to update or change information and prices without prior notice, including after an order has been submitted.

Notification and Refund

(a) Change or Cancellation Notice:
  • If we change or cancel an order, we will notify you via the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time of the order, explaining the reason for the cancellation.
(b) Contact for Cancellations:
  • We will contact you if your order or a portion of it is canceled, or if additional information is needed to accept your order.
(c) Refund for Canceled Orders:
  • If your order is canceled after your credit card has been charged, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within seven days. However, some payment providers may take up to 14 days to credit your account.

Account Closure

We monitor the number of cancellations made by customers. Continuous cancellations may result in flagged accounts, potential refusal of future orders, or account closure at our discretion.
