Return & Exchange Policy Overview

Welcome to Hashtag Department Stores (LLC). We strive to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases.

We offer up to 14 days hassle-free returns and exchange within the United Arab Emirates (UAE) from the date of receiving your online order or purchase receipt.

Eligibility Criteria for Exchange
  • Unused and in resalable condition, free from damage or wear.
  • In original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Includes all brand merchandise (plastic wrapping, cables, ties, documentation).
  • Free promotional gifts must be returned if included with purchase.
Non-Exchangeable & Non-Returnable Items
  • Sale items or previously exchanged items.
  • Personalized or made-to-measure products.
  • Bundled items sold together.
  • Skincare, fragrance, makeup, cosmetics.
  • Underwear, swimwear, linen.
  • Furniture, perishable goods.
  • Jewelry (unless damaged due to factory defect).
Non-Refundable Items

Deposits, Gift Cards, e-Cards, e-Vouchers, Gift Lists, and event tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and not transferable for cash or other payment methods.

Online Return & Exchange Process
  • Refunds processed via original payment method.
  • Credit card refunds may take up to 14 business days.
  • Cash on delivery payments refunded via e-voucher valid for 6 months.
  • If item is out of stock after payment, refund will be issued.
  • No restocking fee, but return shipping/custom charges apply if applicable.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
In-Store Exchanges & Returns (Dubai Mall)
  • Present Purchase Receipt or Sales Invoice.
  • No exchange/refund without proof of purchase.
  • Items may also be shipped via trackable courier with documentation.
Online Returns (Hashtagstore.com)
  • Go to "My Orders" under "My Account".
  • Select order and follow return instructions.
  • Our team will review and respond via email.
Return Shipping Fee

Returns are free within the UAE. Outside UAE or remote areas may incur shipping fees. Courier will contact you within 5 days to schedule pickup.

Faulty or Damaged Items

Report faulty/damaged items within 3 days by emailing photos to info@hashtagstore.ae. Customer Service will respond within 24 hours.

Complaints & Additional Information

Contact our Customer Service Department within 24 hours for quality-related issues with altered items. We aim to resolve disputes promptly.
