Do you deliver across the UAE?

Yes. We deliver to all regions within the United Arab Emirates. Delivery times may vary depending on the city and item availability.

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes. We offer free shipping on orders above AED 500 within the UAE (where applicable). For orders below AED 500, shipping fees may apply as shown at checkout.

How long does delivery take?

Estimated delivery times:

  • Dubai / Abu Dhabi / Sharjah / Ajman: typically 1–2 working days (some orders placed before 12 PM may be same-day where applicable).
  • Other UAE cities: typically 1–5 working days.
  • Home décor items: typically 3–5 working days.
Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer international shipping to select countries. Availability, shipping charges, and estimated delivery time will be displayed at checkout (or confirmed by our team where applicable).

International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are paid by the customer.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also track your order by logging into your account and checking My Orders.

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

You can request an address change before the order is dispatched by contacting our support team. Once dispatched, changes may not be possible.

Can I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel your order, contact us immediately. If your order has already been processed or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)
  • Cash on Delivery (AED)
  • Gift Cards / Promo Codes (where applicable)
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

Yes. You can choose Cash on Delivery and pay in AED upon delivery. Depending on courier availability, you may be able to pay by card upon delivery as well.

Is online payment secure?

Yes. Payments are processed via secure, SSL-encrypted gateways. We do not store your card details on our servers. Additional verification may be requested for fraud prevention.

What is your exchange & refund policy?

We offer up to 14 days returns and exchanges within the UAE from the date of receiving your order (subject to eligibility).

Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

Some categories are non-returnable/non-exchangeable (e.g., cosmetics, underwear, swimwear, fragrance, etc.).

How do I request a return or exchange online?

Go to My Account → My Orders, select the order, and follow the return/exchange steps. Our team will review and update you by email.

What if my item is damaged or faulty?

Please report faulty/damaged items within 3 days of delivery by emailing clear photos to info@hashtagstore.ae. Our customer service team will assist you within 24 hours.

Do you support Click & Collect?

Yes (where available). You can pick up your order from our store within 72 hours. Please bring a valid original ID and your order confirmation.

If someone else collects on your behalf, they must bring their own ID plus the order confirmation.

Do I need an account to place an order?

You can place an order as a guest, but creating an account helps you track orders faster, manage addresses, and view your order history.
