The refund amount will be based on the cryptocurrency exchange rate at the time the refund is processed, which may differ from the rate at the time of purchase due to market fluctuations.
Please note that cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible once confirmed on the blockchain. If the order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled, and a refund cannot be issued.
