E-commerce Delivery Options and Timeframes

We offer the following delivery methods:

(a) Standard Delivery UAE:
  • Orders Over 100 AED: Free shipping for orders exceeding 100 AED, exclusive of TAX.
  • Orders Under 100 AED: A flat shipping fee of 25 AED, exclusive of TAX.
  • Delivery Time: For Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and Ajman, orders placed before 12 PM may be delivered on the same day. Generally, deliveries will take 1 to 2 working days. For other UAE cities, delivery typically occurs within 1 to 5 working days, subject to item availability. Home decor items may take 3 to 5 working days for delivery.
(b) Express Delivery:
  • Orders Under 100 AED: A flat delivery charge of 50 AED, exclusive of TAX.
  • Orders Over 100 AED: A flat delivery fee of 25 AED, exclusive of TAX.

(c) Click and Collect:
  • Pick up your order from our store within 72 hours. Orders will not be reserved beyond this timeframe.
(d) Worldwide Delivery:
  • Available to all countries. Our Customer Service team will contact you within 48 hours of placing your order to confirm delivery details, including address, date, and time. Please note that delivery times may be longer during sale periods and promotions.

Prices and TAX

Prices on our website are exclusive of TAX. Applicable TAX will be calculated and added during the checkout process, depending on the delivery country. For the UAE, taxes are calculated at a rate of 5%.

Handling Time

Orders are typically dispatched within the same day or the next couple of days and delivered within a maximum of 2-5 business days (outside of Dubai) from the date of the order. Our warehouse operates from Monday to Saturday during standard business hours, except on national holidays when the warehouse is closed. We strive to minimize shipment delays during these times.

Carrier Service

Deliveries are conducted either by a trusted third party or our logistics team, ensuring careful handling of your items.

No Delivery Accepted

Parcels will only be delivered if payment is made 100% through our online payment gateway or by immediate cash payment upon delivery.

Change of Shipping Address

You can change the shipping/delivery address before the order is dispatched by contacting our customer service team.

Cash Upon Delivery

For cash payment upon delivery, you can pay with cash or credit/debit cards. Checks are not accepted. The accepted currency for cash upon delivery is UAE Dirham.

Exchange or Refund

After your order is delivered, you can request an exchange or refund per our ‘Exchange and Refund’ policy.

Click & Collect Delivery

You or a designated third party can pick up your Click and Collect order from the Customer Service Desk at our store within 72 hours of placing the order.

  • Identification: To collect your package, bring an original identity document (passport, identity card, driving license, or residence permit). If a third party picks up the parcel on your behalf, they must present their own ID and the order confirmation email and/or SMS.

We aim to make your Click and Collect experience as smooth as possible. Your order will be held in-store for 3 days if unpaid and 14 days if paid for and left unclaimed.

Domestic Delivery Refused

(a) If you refuse the purchase due to a change of mind or dislike, you must accept the item and then request a return.

(b) Please refer to our ‘Exchange and Refund’ policy for additional details.

Worldwide Delivery (Upon Special Request)

Shipping costs, taxes, and any other applicable charges will be calculated, and our Customer Service team will contact you to provide the total cost. Upon agreement, we will send you a payment link. Note: Order delivery may face delays during promotional activities, sale seasons, and bank holidays. During this time, 4-hour and next-day delivery may not be available.
